The WG EAS Smart Floormat (58 kHz) is a high-performance, transmit-only activation system engineered to generate a precisely tuned, high-intensity 58 kHz electromagnetic field. Designed for seamless integration into retail environments, the platform creates a controlled detection zone that activates compatible high-sensitivity smart alarm tags upon field entry—delivering immediate, localized audible alerts at the source of movement.

 

Unlike traditional pedestal-based systems, the Smart Floormat establishes a vertical activation field extending approximately 5–6 feet from the floor plane, enabling comprehensive coverage of the detection zone. This architecture ensures consistent activation performance regardless of tag orientation or product positioning, making it highly effective in high-traffic or complex store layouts.
